Our current processing time is 5–7 business days — that’s how long it takes to create and package your order before it heads out the door. Shipping time is on top of that.
While most orders arrive quickly, the postal service can sometimes run into delays. If your order hasn’t shown up, please give it 5–7 days past the estimated delivery date before checking in.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. If you have concerns about a missing or delayed package, please reach out to the postal service with your tracking number.
