By purchasing a product from Trendy Fox Studio, you adhere to and are legally bound by the terms as stated below.

CANVA TEMPLATES:

If you have ordered an editable CANVA template, you will not receive a physical shipment. Upon purchase, you will receive a download link to a PDF which will contain the Canva template link.

Download links expire in 90 days, please open all purchased products (by clicking the templates links) as soon as possible, and save a copy in your Canva account.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales made are final. There will be no refunds or exchange of items once a purchase is complete. For technical difficulties and other inquiries, please contact us teri@trendyfoxstudio.com

Digital Delivery Notice:
This is a digital product. Access is delivered electronically after purchase. Orders flagged by Shopify as high-risk may be temporarily held, delayed, or canceled.

All products are sold to individuals. The license to the template is given to the buyer only. See license details below.

Note that the design is copyrighted to Teri (TrendyFox) – the owner of this shop, and the designer/creator of all products available in this shop.

Within 30 days of purchase: If Canva makes significant updates or changes to its platform and the template does not continue to function as a result, Trendy Fox Studio will attempt to update the template. If an updated version of the template can be made, you will receive the updated version (upon request) and this will be provided within 30 days of the change occurring. Trendy Fox Studio holds no responsibility for the changes on Canva and cannot control the technical changes of external websites, therefore you agree to the Refund Policy of the item outlined at date of purchase.

LICENSE TERMS:

All of our Standard items are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold. You cannot share or sell templates, designs, or elements included in any shape or form. You may not resell, reproduce, re-distribute (including freebies or opt-ins), or profit in any way from the design. You may not resell the template or design in digital or physical format.

Some fonts used may not be native to Canva. While a license was purchased to use these fonts, the copyright belongs to the font owners. Please note that the fonts will not be available for use freely in Canva outside of the template purchase.

You do not have permission to claim the designs as your own.

All mockup images and additional props such as frames, items on display, and non-incorporated writing are just for illustrative purposes and are not included within the sale.

*These terms apply for any item that is NOT listed as PLR (Private Label Rights).

LICENSE TERMS (Private Label Rights):

Private Label Rights (PLR) allow you to rebrand and resell to others, however you may not pass on the resell rights. We grant your business a non-transferable license that allows you to sell and redistribute the digital products you have purchased from TrendyFoxStudio/TrendyFoxPLR.

By purchasing one of our PLR designs you agree and acknowledge that all or portions of the design have or will be sold to other purchasers. We cannot and do not guarantee the design to be protected from any trademark, service mark or similar infringement-related claims. We cannot, and do not, acknowledge the design to be capable of protection by any trademark, service mark or similar filing.

By purchasing one of your designs, you agree that you hold us harmless and indemnify us from and against any claims in any way related to the design including trade name, trademark, service mark or similar such items.
