General Questions
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at trendyfoxstudio.com, refunds or exchanges are not offered as digital items cannot be returned.
Please read the product description carefully before you make a purchase and feel free to ask any questions beforehand.
Canva is an online graphic design website that is free to use.
There is no software to download or fonts to install. Canva also offers thousands of graphics, fonts, and elements to make your design truly your own.
To use our templates, you will need to sign up for a free Canva account with your email and password.
As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an email with the PDF file that contains the template link(s).
Once you click the link, a Canva webpage opens where you must select the Use Template button. Canva will then launch where you can make your edits to the design.
Canva automatically saves your work, so you can come back later to make any additional edits or changes. There is no expiration and you have unlimited edits.
When finished, download from Canva as PDF Print, PNG, or JPEG - whatever suits your needs.
Print your item at home, or use a professional printing service.
We currently only offer digital items, however, we have partnered with Prints of Love for professional printing services. Check them out here.
If you have an Etsy Account you can download your purchases from the Purchases And Reviews section of your Etsy Account.
If you checked out as a guest the download link will be sent to the email address you placed your order with (in the confirmation email you received).
You cannnot download from the Etsy App. You must be signed into Etsy.com in the web browser on your phone or desktop.
Processing Time: Orders are shipped from Wisconsin, USA, with a current processing time of 5–7 business days. Processing time refers to the period required to produce and package your order prior to shipment; it does not include transit time.
Shipping Estimates: Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may not account for unforeseen delays such as weather, postal disruptions, or other transit issues. Please allow an additional 5–7 days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us regarding a late package.
Delivery & Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. Once an order is scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the postal service after shipment. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly with their tracking number for assistance in these cases.
Due to the handmade, made‑to‑order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We take great care to ensure quality and accuracy; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
